Freediving is an inherently dangerous activity that carries serious risks of injury or death, including but not limited to shallow water blackout, hypoxic blackout, drowning, and barotrauma.

I participate in all The Fanatic Freedivers activities entirely at my own risk.

The Fanatic Freedivers, its administrators, organisers, and members are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage I suffer as a result of participating in dive sessions or community activities.

I confirm that I hold a valid freediving certification and am physically fit to participate.

5.

I will always dive with a buddy and will never freedive alone.

6.

I will honestly assess my own condition before each dive and will not dive if I am unwell, fatigued, or impaired.

I understand that this waiver is legally binding and that by checking the box below I am accepting all of the above terms.
